My residential design packages offer excellent value and help you to stay on budget with your build or renovation.
An enormous benefit of the pre-site packages is that all of the external consultants will be organised for you, ensuring a much smoother process that can save you many weeks. I take care of it all, whilst keeping you updated along the way.
In addition, I offer no-obligation on-site consultations for those considering their options before investing in a full package.
If my existing packages don’t meet your needs, for example you are seeking building plans only and/or have your own consultants in mind, then please contact me to discuss tailored pricing options.

PRE-SITE PACKAGE inclusions
All packages include the following:
- contour and detail survey + identification survey (sites up to 800m2)
- plans for certification & construction purposes
- soil test for engineering purposes
- engineering
- certification (exclusions apply)
- insurance
- project management fees
Site specific requirements are excluded in the above package. Additional fees are required.
Exclusions
Examples of exclusions are as follows but not limited to:
- DA application/town planner
- build over services (BOS) applications and subsequent RFls
- relaxations
- BAL reports (bushfire attack level)
- hydraulic engineers and reports
